Coaching changes in Arizona will not affect the team's performance

The Cardinals will be fine on defense as they still keep the talented coordinator Chancy Pendergast, and the basis of the offense is still there going forward with coach Ken Whisenhunt and QB Kurt Warner still with the team.

Yeah, without Todd Haley, Cardinals will miss something, but not substantial. The biggest challenge the Cardinals have is to meet the expectations that they set so high from last year. The Cardinals had a terrific NFC Championship Game against the Eagles. They almost caught lightning in a bottle during the playoffs last season. So this year they will have to work harder to reach people's high expectation, at least make it to the playoffs. They have to prevent their fans cheering for texans jersey.

But that is also the challenge to other teams who want to prove they are as good as or better than last year, isnt' it?
