Jaguars signed a 4-year contract with OT Britton

The Jacksonville Jaguars has signed a four-year contract with their second-round draft pick Eben Britton, and by so far the team has only one rookie unsigned.

By signing this contract, Britton will earn about $4.6 million, with $2.8 million guaranteed. Having the chance of wearing Jaguars nfl jersey, the 6-foot-6, 310-pound offensive tackle is Jaguars' 39th overall selection. He spent three-year as starter at Arizona. And when Jaguars camp begins on Monday, he is expected to compete with Tony Pashos for a starting spot at right tackle.

On Jaguars Sunday practice, almost all players were present, except for the first-rounder Eugene Monroe, who is expected to start at left tackle this fall. Comparing with last year, when Jaguars' first-round pick that year, defensive end Derrick Harvey held out 33 days before signing, the club did well this year to avoid a similar scenario with Monroe.
