The “love bandit” was only taking what was waiting to be taken, what wanted to be taken. Love is not a Matsui jersey; the real thing cannot be bought, sold, traded or stolen. It is an act of the will, a turning of the emotions, and a change in the climate of the personality. When a husband or wife is “stolen” by another C.C. Each person belongs to himself, and to God. Those who would attain the heights reached and kept by great men must keep their faculties polished by constant use, so that they may unlock the doors of knowledge, the gate that guard the entrances to the professions, to science, art, literature, agriculture---every department of human endeavor.
